"One-Handed in a Two-Handed World"
I purchased Tommye-Karen Mayer's book "One-Handed in a Two-Handed World, 3rd Edition" and am very happy with all I've learned. She gives practical advice for dressing, grooming, cooking, sporting, working, and many other activities, mostly without the use of gadgets. She strongly believes in her Three Secrets: Body Positioning, 4 Fingers & a Thumb, and as a last resort, Gadgets. This book can be purchased in several editions from seversl places. A few places you can purchase her book are http://www.princegallison.com/onehand.html and http://www.amazon.com/One-Handed-Two-Handed-World-Tommye-Mayer/dp/0965280535.
